Power Of Attorney

Not all power of attorneys are the same.  In fact there are many different kinds; picking the wrong one could be catastrophic!  Consult with us; tell us your situation, and we will be able to advise you safely and correctly on which one is needed in your case.

General Power of Attorney

Gives broad powers to a person or organization (known as an agent or attorney-in-fact) to act in your behalf.

Special Power of Attorney

Specifies exactly what powers an agent may exercise.

Health Care Power of Attorney

A health care power of attorney grants your agent authority to make medical decisions for you if you are not able to make decisions on your own.

Durable Power of Attorney

This can come in handy in matters where you may become mentally unstable; ask us for more details.
